Rutland Patterson

Rutland has experience with real estate investments, business development, and problem solving. He is known for his ability to connect with others and positively influence business and operational performance. Prior to working for Tri-Oak Consulting Group, Rutland worked as a Process Improvement Manager/Engineer at BLOX in Birmingham, Alabama. There, he was responsible for managing multi-million dollar prefab/modular healthcare projects to completion. Some key companies he worked with in the market include Encompass Healthcare, Walmart, and HCA Healthcare.

Rutland earned his MBA from the University of Alabama concentrating his studies in Real Estate and Finance. He also received his B.S. and B.A. in Mathematical Statistics and Spanish.
