Sam Roe

Sam has experience specializing in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant and retail properties nationwide. Particularly, 1031 exchanges, where he has helped numerous clients pivot their portfolios to align with their investment needs and goals.  He is known for his ability to connect with others and proactively communicate along the lifetime of the deal cycle, ensuring a swift and seamless transaction. 

Prior to working for Tri-Oak Consulting Group, Sam was the Director of Retail Investment Sales at BermanCRE. There, he was responsible for spearheading the Retail Investment Sales division and gaining market share for the start-up brokerage. 

His goal is to offer commercial real estate solutions through a customer-first approach, continuously adding value by maintaining strong client partnerships.
